Annapolis Dental Care
Text Messaging Terms and Conditions
Terms for optional appointment-related and patient-service texts.
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Text messaging program
When you expressly consent, Annapolis Dental Care may send appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, office updates, inquiry responses, and patient-service follow-up messages to your mobile number. Messages may be automated or assisted by Mango Voice’s Margo AI. This consent covers patient-service texts, not promotional campaigns.
Consent and frequency
Texting is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase or dental treatment. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Message frequency varies with your appointments and inquiries. Message and data rates may apply; contact your carrier about charges.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive an opt-out confirmation, after which further program texts stop unless you give consent again. Reply HELP for help, or call 410-267-0766. Contact the office to re-enroll or report a changed number.
Delivery and clinical concerns
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are not continuously monitored and do not provide a diagnosis or emergency service. Call the office for urgent dental concerns and 911 for a medical emergency. Follow your dentist’s specific treatment instructions.
Privacy and contact
Read our Text Messaging Privacy Policy. Contact Annapolis Dental Care at 410-267-0766 or 101 Ridgely Avenue, Suite 12-B, Annapolis, MD 21401.
